It has been a great week and Christmas is right around the corner. We are pumped about today’s show and can’t wait to it share with you.
Here is a little bit about Adam Brooks our guest this afternoon.
Adam Lee Brooks was born in Phoenix, Arizona, where he grew up and still lives. He was the first person in his family to go to college and earned a Bachelors of Science in Speech Communications, a Masters of Arts in Special Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Leadership Development.
Growing up performing in the Theater led Adam to perform in a play off Broadway and quickly he realized that he no longer desired being a character on stage but rather longed to be himself which has translated into motivational speaking.
Adam speaks to teens and adults across the country regarding Healthy Communication, Bullying, and Body Image. He has spoken at assemblies, conferences, and camps where his story of hope and appreciation for ones self continues to transform those he talks to. With Adam’s humor and theatrical style audiences are entertained as well as moved by his heart touch-ing stories of life and how we can begin to see ourselves in a healthy and exciting light. Adam’s work as an educator and speaker at one of the top rated Eating Disorder clinics has enabled him to cut to the core of issues that hold us back in life.
Find out about Adam on the show today and at his website http://adamleebrooks.com/

This week on Lifeness, I will be joined by Patrick Clooney and Brandon Brooks of the West Valley Mavericks. It is as always going to be a great show as we continue to bring you better and postive news. Remember you Listen Live every Thursday from 9-10 AM and online on iTunes, Soundcloud or at The Double Wide Network 24/7.
Be sure to send in your stories and who the show is impacting you and your life. It is big balance between Life and Business and as men and women we can become leaders within our society and make a difference in ourselves. I believe with my whole heart than if I am willing to change, learn, grow and take action then I can be successful as a husband, father, business owner and leader in the community. As cheesy as it sounds we have to be willing to be the change we want to see.
So, keep working at it, give yourself a break, take a breath and never give up!
Click here to nominate The Lifeness Person of The Year — someone who truly stands out in the community. Share the show with your friends and be ready for the West Valley Mavericks — an organization that was born of the imagination and vision of community leaders.
